It’s easy to be motivated at first, but as time goes on, motivation will lessen. To keep yourself motivated, you should set a realistic goal for yourself that is challenging enough so that you’ll feel accomplished when you achieve it. Make sure your goals are SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. As well as setting goals for yourself individually, set some group goals with your friends or family members too! This way you can support each other along your journey to fitness success.
